Your Community Is Our Community

Engaging with Long Island community members helps us better understand their unique needs, challenges, perspectives, and aspirations regarding early childhood education. Actively involving the community in decision-making processes and program development is the only way to ensure our initiatives are culturally responsive and relevant, benefitting everyone involved.

Get Involved

To foster cross-sector collaboration among Long Island constituencies involved in early childhood education, RTAC hosts a series of regularly scheduled meetings. This provides a safe environment for sharing ideas, exploring new opportunities, and developing solutions that support our mission. Our meetings are open to anyone within the early childhood educational community, including:

Teacher in kindergarten classroom

Educators

School Districts

Family Members and Caregivers

Supporting Organizations

We encourage continuous collaboration and partnership building outside these meetings through e-newsletters, Pre-K alerts, and other electronic communication tools.
