Our mission

Additionally, we work with regional leaders and policymakers to ensure continued support for our youngest learners and their families.

We also collaborate with many other regional organizations, building an expanding network that includes pediatricians, referral services, special education experts, and other vital resources for children and families.

We are funded by state grants from the Office of Children and Family Services and the New York State Education Department.
